Each producer will have a dedicated table with spittoon, ice bucket and ice.
The tables will be sorted according to the areas of origin and identified with all company logos.
A small complementary lunch will be served to all the exhibitor.
The walk around tastings will last 4/5 hours based on the forecast of participating operators.
Prior to the walkaround tasting, an introduction and presentation to the market will be made in order to provide all the information necessary to understand the operators’ requests, and to develop the best commercial strategy.
The wines and products will be sent in advance to the events. Our team will take care to ensure that all wines arrive at their destination on time.
At the end of the event, the contacts of all operators who participated in the event will be sent in order to be able to conduct a complete follow-up based on the tasting interests.
The events in the same city will be repeated annually or based on the request of producers, in order to facilitate the opening of new markets.
PR Events are dedicated to specialized press. It is the fastest and most effective way for a denomination or a brand to officially and professionally present the characteristics and peculiarities of a product and brand to the press.
At Classic, in the same stages of the B2B meetings, we organize seminars dedicated to producer associations to promote the denomination in the target country.
The seminars last 1 hour in which journalists and press people will be present. The seminars will be conducted by an expert in the language of the country and in addition to all the peculiarities of the association, a technical tasting will also be conducted to promote the products.
The presence of at least 20 press people is guaranteed, and on request the event will also be open to importers and high-profile professionals.
